Selection of upholstered furniture and small furniture (chairs, dining tables, coffee tables, desks, bedside tables, bedroom beds, guest or study rooms)

Selection of all upholstered furniture, lighting, curtains, carpets, mirrors used in the interior (up to 3 options), presentation by sending online links to the customer.

Author's supervision of the project.

Visiting the site up to once a month, no more than 3 times during the entire project preparation.

In all projects, we coordinate with other certified designers participating in the project - the project manager, heating, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, computer and other specialists.

Authorial supervision includes resolving issues on site, providing comments on the necessary drawings to the masters. The construction manager is responsible for the technical execution of the work and the warranty.

The designer reserves the right, upon full completion of the project, to take professional photos of the completed project and use them for the purposes of publicizing his professional work (posting only on his personal website www.ismanusinterjeras.lt, www.furnibay.com and only on his personal account on the portal www.interjeras.lt as well as on his Facebook and Instagram profiles @ismanusinteerjerass, @furnibay).

If the client does not agree to publish, the project price increases by 50%. The designer reserves the right to publish 3D visualizations in any case.
